The regulator publishes a guide to working with consultants and expects providers to test anyone they hire against it — including us. Below: ASQA’s own prompts, answered in public.

No consultant is. That is exactly why every consultant on our bench has their auditing credential and the certifying body that issued it published on this site — so you can verify us before you pay us.

Named people, not a logo. Our bench spans 25 to 35+ years each across VET and higher education, quality auditing, LLND practice and enterprise systems — and each consultant’s full profile, experience record and credential ledger is one click away on their own site.

Our method: no contextualised resource leaves this team until we have discussed your student cohort, delivery modes and industry consultation with you. And we put the refusals in writing: we will not write a training and assessment strategy for a cohort we have not discussed, and we will not supply a template as your evidence of context.

You do — and we will never claim otherwise. We build systems and evidence you operate; we do not “make you compliant”, and we will not represent you to ASQA as if we were you.
