Vantage Property Services is a full-service property group in South East Queensland. The real estate arm sells and leases residential and small commercial property and manages a rent roll of around 1,900 tenancies for private landlords. The strata division manages 84 body corporate schemes from six-unit walk-ups to 200-lot tower communities. The facilities arm provides contract cleaning, concierge and security patrols to office towers, shopping centres, residential towers and body corporates, and the surveying and spatial team delivers boundary, construction and title surveys for developers and homeowners. Clients deal with one account manager across all services.

The group runs from a head office in Brisbane and branch offices in Southport and Maroochydore. It is organised into six departments: Sales and Leasing, Residential Property Management, Strata and Body Corporate Management, Cleaning and Facilities Services, Security and Concierge Services, and Surveying and Spatial Services. Offices open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with Saturday inspections and auctions. Cleaning crews work early morning and evening shifts in commercial buildings, and the security control room and patrol teams operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on a rotating roster.

Owners' money, tenants' bonds and body corporate funds are handled to the letter of the law and reconciled to the cent.

Tenants, residents, cleaners and security officers are treated as people first, and privacy is protected in every interaction.

Inspections, meetings, patrols, cleans and surveys happen when they are scheduled and are recorded when they are done.
