Occupation lists are published by government and change without notice. Nothing here is migration advice; confirm the current list with the department and take advice from a registered migration agent.
We publish these because most of the value in hiring anyone is knowing which mistakes are common, and that knowledge is not worth hiding.
Occupation lists change. A student enrolling in a multi year qualification on the strength of a current listing carries a real risk that should be disclosed at enrolment.
Advertising a course as a migration pathway is both a compliance problem and, given how often the lists change, frequently untrue.
