Chief Operating and Financial Officer of the CAQA Groups: an AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner, Senior Lecturer in Nursing at La Trobe University and clinician educator whose leadership rests on twenty years of nursing, more than fifteen of them in intensive care, and seventeen years building the health and community services resource library that RTOs, TAFEs and universities use across Australia.

Raj Kiran Kaur is an AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner and clinician educator whose professional identity sits equally in critical care practice, higher education and the leadership of a national education group. Since 2011 she has delivered specialist intensive care nursing at The Northern Hospital, Northern Health, logging more than 6,800 verified hours of advanced practice, while teaching nursing at RMIT University since 2018 and, from 2026, at La Trobe University's School of Nursing and Midwifery.

As Chief Operating and Financial Officer of the CAQA Groups since 2009 she carries that same evidence first discipline into operations, finance, quality systems and risk.
