The business buys direct from Victorian growers and from the wholesale flower market each morning, conditions every stem in its own cool rooms, and turns that stock into bouquets, arrangements, sympathy tributes and large scale installations. Customers range from walk-in shoppers buying a single bunch to corporate accounts that receive weekly foyer arrangements under contract.

The business runs from three sites. The Prahran flagship holds the main retail floor, a design studio and the online order desk.
