CAQA Luxe Hair and Beauty is a multi-site personal services business offering hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, skin treatments, nails and make-up to clients across Melbourne and Geelong.
CAQA Luxe Hair and Beauty is a multi-site personal services business offering hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, skin treatments, nails and make-up to clients across Melbourne and Geelong. The flagship South Yarra site combines a twelve-chair salon with a six-room beauty and skin clinic. The Geelong site runs a traditional barbershop alongside an express cut and colour salon aimed at commuters and students. Luxe serves walk-in clients, regular colour clients, bridal and event parties, corporate grooming accounts and referral clients from a partnering dermatology practice. Its retail counters carry professional haircare, skincare and cosmetic ranges that sit behind every service the team delivers.
The business is organised into six departments: the hair salon, the barbershop, the beauty and skin clinic, reception and client services, retail and stock, and salon operations and compliance. Sites open six days a week from 8:30 am, with late trading on Thursday and Friday evenings until 8:00 pm. Stylists and therapists work rotating rosters built around a Tuesday to Saturday core, and the Richmond training salon runs supervised apprentice and student floors on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Each site has a floor leader responsible for the daily run sheet, the appointment book, stock counts and end-of-day reconciliation.
Every service starts with a consultation, a clean station and the right protective equipment, without exception.
Stylists, barbers and therapists keep learning, share techniques and take pride in precise, repeatable work.
Clients and colleagues are treated with courtesy, privacy and honesty, whatever the service or the price point.
