Sukh Sandhu is one of Australia's most experienced and widely recognised leaders in compliance, governance, risk management and quality assurance, with three decades of impact across government, industry, vocational education and training and higher education. He has personally led, designed or overseen many thousands of quality, compliance and regulatory audits across diverse industries in Australia and internationally.

As Director of CAQA and the CAQA Australian Higher Education Group, and as Principal Quality Auditor, he leads regulatory advisory, audit, quality-assurance, resource-development and professional-development services, and previously served as a Business Systems Project Official with Australia's national VET regulator, ASQA.

A Registered Migration Agent, Forbes Business Council member, United Nations representative and speaker, and a candidate for the Doctor of Business Administration, he combines deep technical authority with strategic leadership.
